Trustee Tyesha Jones

Tyesha Jones was elected as a Trustee for the Village of Sauk Village in 2025 and is serving a four-year term. Trustee Jones was part of a historic election in 2025 that established the village’s first all-female elected board. She has been a resident of Sauk Village for the past six years and is committed to serving the community she calls home.

Professionally, Trustee Jones works as a Coordinator for a transportation company where she supports operations that help ensure access to essential healthcare services. She also manages several markets across Illinois where her leadership skills are exhibited. Her work emphasizes organization, communication, and service to others.

Trustee Jones is actively involved in public outreach, including planning community events and working with children. She values community engagement and believes in creating opportunities that bring residents together and support families.

As a Trustee, her goal is to listen to residents, support thoughtful decision-making, and help strengthen services and programs that improve quality of life in Sauk Village.
