The Economic Development Committee consist of 6 volunteer members. The purpose of this committee is to promote the growth of Sauk Village.

1. In Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Categories by attracting new businesses and development to Sauk Village and to surrounding areas that can be annexed to Sauk Village.

2. This growth will be of a planned and orderly fashion giving proper attention to the needs and concerns of the residents, school and library districts, and the established businesses of Sauk Village
