Art Johnson has been a member of E.S.D.A. for the past 20 years and a resident of Sauk Village for 39 years. As a member
of E.S.D.A., Art is a Trained Weather Spotter and holds certificates of achievement in many facets of his job including: Shelter
Management, Traffic Control & Techniques, Radiological Monitoring, Skywarn, Passenger Train Emergency Preparedness, Transit
& Hazardous Materials Incidents, and has completed the 60 Hour Basic Police Training Course.
Art continues to give
his time to the community through his involvement in the Sauk Village Police Association and the Sauk Village Firefighters
Association. When Art is not busy serving our community, you can find him working his “regular” job with the US
Post Office. Art is a dedicated husband, father of two and grandfather of two.
