Amon Darnall has been a member of E.S.D.A. and resident of Sauk Village for the past 32 years. As a member of E.S.D.A., Amon is a Trained Weather Spotter, Certified Radiological Officer, Radiological Monitor Instructor, and holds certificates of achievement in many facets of his job including: Storm Plotting, FEMA Emergency Preparedness, C.E.R.T., Advanced Emergency Management Seminar, Ice and Safety Rescue, and Handling Radioactive Material Transportation Accidents.

Amon continues to give his time to the community through his involvement in the Sauk Village Police Association and the Sauk Village Firefighters Association. Amon is a dedicated husband, father of two and grandfather of two.
