Board Meetings

The Committee of the Whole Meeting is held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.   These meetings allow for Trustees and residents to gain knowledge of programs, ordinances, and other matters requiring a vote at the Regular Board Meetings.

Regular Board Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. These meetings provide updates from Department Heads, Vendors, and Committee Chairmen.  Approval of the Village's business occurs at these meetings.

The Board does not meet on the fifth Tuesday unless a Special Meeting is announced in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

Notice of meetings is posted at the Municipal Center and, in most, not all instances, on the Village website. A meeting not posted on the website but at the required Village Hall sites does not preclude the meeting from taking place and is not a violation of the Open Meetings Act.
